Women's Ministry

Women at Potomac Baptist Church have several opportunities to fellowship together, to grow spiritually strong, and to be engaged in service to each other and to families in the church.

One of the key activities is the Wednesday night Bible study, held each week at 7 p.m.

In addition, each month there is a "Ladies Nite Out," usually held on a Monday night toward the end of the month, with programs that include special speakers, baby showers, or other activities appropriate. A fall Ladies Retreat and a Ladies Tea complement the other programs, as well.

As happens in many churches, women at PBC also take the lead in organizing meals taken to families when there is sickness or death, and also the provision of flowers to those who are bereaved.

These and many other fellowship/service/learning opportunities give women of the church opportunity to learn and grow together.
