TIMELINE

• May 5 - edits from council
• May 6 - edits from Task Force
• May 10 - edits from Elders
• May 16-17 - approval from Elders
• May 19 - approval from council
• May 25 - distribute to members in advance of special meeting on June 8
• June 8 - special meeting for members to have Questions and Answers on edits
• July 13 - special meeting for members to vote on edits to Constitution and Bylaws
• July 14 - Send final draft of Constitution and Bylaws to attorney’s office
• July ? - Attorney returns final documents for Constitution and Bylaws
• July 27 - Use regularly scheduled business meeting (which was moved from July 20 due to VBS) as Organizational Meeting and Celebration.
